All MIM students had just finished Global Human Resource Management class with Professor Erdogan.
In this part, we all studied about personality, work attitudes, behaviors, and culture to understand people at work and Individual attitudes and behaviors. We also studied how to deal with cultural difference, how to manage teamwork, how to motivate employees and designing reward systems, group processes and work teams, and effective decision making as well as how to be a good leader in both domestic and international organizations.
At the first part of the class, Professor Erdogan will teach us about the theory, and, she will allow us to work as a group and discuss about case study as well as give the recommendations at the end of the class. This allows us to work as a team, be open mind to accept other opinions, and gain many ideas as well as understand that people who have different culture and background will have a different thinking. Anyway, we can mingle it and come up with the best solution for the case problem.
The most important person who makes the class was very great is professor Erdogan. She always motivate student to participate. She always asks the questions which motivate students to share experience or idea. The method that she use to analyze case studies is very organize and systematic. This helps us have more understanding in course material, problem in the case study and can come up with the best solution to solve those problems.
